put on a lit­tle mas­cara, trim your beards dudes, take a hot show­er, oil your skin, get some sun­shine on your chest into your lungs, fast at night, emp­ty your sys­tem so it can rest, sleep, get or give some hot sex, give some­one a re­al­ly, re­al­ly good com­pli­ment, so good it star­tles them, study some­thing new, lis­ten to a pod­cast, lis­ten to a Jor­dan Pe­ter­son, an Abra­ham and Es­ther, a By­ron Katie, a Ja­son Sil­va.
