Art is how we communicate.

It is in­for­ma­tion, and knowl­edge, and feel­ing, and expression.
Is key and in­dica­tive of be­ing hu­man and hu­man­i­ty itself.

It is how we take in new ideas and think about things in dif­fer­ent ways.
It’s how we think for our­selves, and help oth­ers to think for themselves.
It’s where we find out.
It is the orig­i­nal Space.

Au­thor­i­tar­i­an­ism tells us what to think.
(One could say it dic­tates thoughts.)

 

To con­trol those thoughts, it first con­trols in­for­ma­tion and behavior.
It shapes cul­ture and so­ci­ety, and as­signs la­bels as values. 

Like “de­gen­er­ate.”
