In the past
when I was young and naive,
and believed most people were good —
let’s say,
oh,
almost two years ago? —
I never understood
why survivors in zombie movies wouldn’t let new people trying to escape from danger into their group.
I thought it was cruel, and sad.
But
now that I’m older,
and have been through some ~ things ~
I understand.
And I don’t trust any of you to tell the truth about if you’ve been bitten.
So you can stay outside with the rest of the zombies.
Oh yeah.
Don’t forget the zombie deniers who say it’s all fake, even as a zombie is chomping into their arm.
