i wasn’t ever going to share this one

I made this vi­su­al in 2020 as a tool just for my­self.

It was how I en­vi­sioned hold­ing over­whelm­ing en­er­gy with my hands in new ways, in­stead of be­ing sub­sumed. This is what I pic­tured with my eyes closed, push­ing and pulling, hold­ing, spread­ing…

I’m bring­ing it out bec every­one I check in with right now is at the edge of some abyss. There’s mass suf­fer­ing. Maybe this vi­su­al can be help­ful in some way, and I need a re­minder my­self.

 

I had one of my rare but life­long en­er­gy-of­fload­ing episodes upon wak­ing this morn­ing, body shak­ing, near­ly im­mo­bi­lized.

I am safe, but oth­er peo­ple are not safe. The only thing that peaced me out mo­men­tar­i­ly was the strongest vi­sion I could muster but only for sec­onds at a time—pure beam­ing light pour­ing upon Earth, some gold­en era yet to de­scend upon us.

But I saw clouds of dense black dust, too, push­ing their way around, the dark­ness seemed to be win­ning.

We are no doubt in a spir­i­tu­al war.

It takes some psy­chic pow­er­lift­ing not to be knocked out of align­ment. I feel like if you do get out of whack, you’ve joined the per­pe­tra­tors.

But also, we are en­er­getic be­ings and can feel the re­ver­ber­a­tions of each oth­ers’ suf­fer­ing across the world. Those who can hold the heav­i­ness should, but raise it into some­thing valu­able and ben­e­fi­cial to you and your sur­round­ings near or far.

We are en­er­getic bod­ies through which any and all tox­i­c­i­ties may be trans­mut­ed into life force and love.

Use your heads, your hearts, and your hands.
