Even shrouded in an atmosphere of uncertainty, there is inside of you a transcendent, attuned, inborn, crystalline-core navigating system that knows exactly where you are and what to do.
These days especially, I can be running a tight, thriving, forward moving ship, and given various reasons and recent events, concurrently and intermittently feel grief tugging on my left side, underneath.
It’s exactly right there.
And so what I do is go in there and disentangle one sense from another; one part of my mind from the other; the pain body from an all-knowing, all-secure, all-omnipotent core that gives sanctuary and refuge to all else.
The practice grows stronger.
Keep holding … 2020’s just a sweeping test of your ability to hold space for death cycles. You can do that in one hand and hold life force in the other, nobody out there can take anything from in here.
My mood is casual, shrugging surrender …
On multiple fronts I keep thinking peace be on ya, and also f*ck it.
