i actually left the house!

and
last time i was in this build­ing –

about 2 years ago – i could bare­ly walk.
 

i had a flood of mem­o­ries as i con­fi­dent­ly stepped thru the halls with­out pain –

best tony manero i could man­age.
 

then i was on the tread­mill, and man­aged to break it.

re­al­ly. i break things.

‘stop apol­o­giz­ing. you don’t un­der­stand, i break every­thing. it’s me, not you.’

the staff was awe­some. the nurse was born to­day*

* but much ear­li­er in time years
 

when the ma­chine flat­lined (didn’t get pic­ture) i re­marked,

‘if this is wat death is like there sure is a lot of walk­ing’

 

is this bad?

 

i have an ex­tra beat. which ex­plains a lot.
