I don’t know who needs to hear this,
but you can make your way through the kitchen munching on a wide variety of foods in your house like a spastic little raccoon in order to get the energy and nutrition you need.
You don’t always have to make a “meal” if that’s too overwhelming for you. Just try to throw in some healthy food.
For example, I’m about to eat a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese right out of the container and then half a banana and then maybe some of these cucumber slices Aaron prepped the other day.
But also treat yourself to something sweet or salty every now and then too because it’s a shit show out there.
