On Mon­day, I was in­formed that THE ONLY THING miss­ing from the DADA Dance­hall was a bit of FLOMMesque learn­ing – WAT IS DADA? – and in a weird I only have 3 days to come up with some­thing move, I said, okay. I’ll do it.

SO with three days prep —

TO-NIGHT (yes, TO-NIGHT) I will be joined by a small group of FLOM­MISTS to pret­ty much take over the el­e­gant Crock­er ball­room and HELP turn it into a de­praved DADAIST sa­lon — the en­tire line up, plan­ning and Dance­hall ex­pe­ri­ence has been co­or­di­nat­ed by the in­cred­i­ble FLOM­MISTS at Nor­cal Noise­fest. Also done rather last minute too!

We’ll be throw­ing some SWAG at peo­ple, we have brand nü RADíO FLoMM bumper stick­ers (with the nü logo) and maybe – just maybe – we may be able to ex­plain DADA and FLOMM to the reg­u­lar Crock­er Art Mu­se­um Thurs­day night Art­Mix crowd.

Things are print­ed, cos­tumes made and Au­drey from RADíO FLoMM is ready to bab­ble po­et­ry to who­ev­er does or doesn’t want to hear it.

In ad­di­tion to live en­ter­tain­ment and a bunch of oth­er things, there’s also an ALEXAN­DER Mc­QUEEN SHOW and a GER­MAN EX­PRES­SION­IST ex­hi­bi­tion go­ing on right now. Like, it is a mu­se­um.
