Trump­ists would ex­cuse him let­ting Putin nuke Alas­ka if it both­ered ‘libs’ enough. And as pat and cliché as that sounds, I’m not mak­ing a joke here.

Re­al­ly think about it. You know it’s true. Well, my friend Jor­dan points out that Putin wouldn’t nuke Alas­ka — he’d an­nex it.

Look man, we’re all baris­tas and DJs and web de­sign­ers and what have you.

That’s all great. Re­al­ly.

But if at the end of it all we must be re­mem­bered in­stead for our fi­nal de­fi­ant act stran­gling a trai­tor to death bare hand­ed in the sec­ond civ­il war against white su­prema­cist fas­cism then frankly I think that’s a des­tiny worth sign­ing on for.
