tiny flavor town

I just came across the term “micro herbs” on a menu and I’ve become irrationally angry by it.

Ironically, it’s herbs. but smaller-ed.

Which is why the term is so aggravating.

I don’t even give a shit WHAT herbs they are.

I hear the word herbs and I’m, like, fuck yeah every member of flavor town will be present in my mouth.

I get the concept but I don’t need to know about it in word-form, just put the tiny fucking herbs in my food and tell me there are herbs.
