Something wonderful just happened to me
but I’m standing on a street corner in the middle of my town
waiting for the crosswalk to change
and feeling so excited with a huge grin on my face
and two guys just walked by me
and said hello
and I said “hello!”
and nervously started running my hands through my hair
and one of them said
“your hair looks great leave it alone!”
and laughed and I laughed
and it’s a great day for me right now
oh my gosh you guys.
