Some­times,

I feel like an ableist piece of shit for know­ing that at my core I’m ac­tu­al­ly pret­ty against SS­RIs;

then I re­mem­ber that I went to a doc­tor ask­ing for 4 Val­i­um and in­stead got put on a foot­ball play­er sized dose of a drug that per­ma­nent­ly al­tered my sex life

(and life in gen­er­al),

and re­al­ize that I’m main­ly just against the over­pre­scrip­tion of a drug that per­ma­nent­ly al­ters people’s brain chem­istry

and am ac­tu­al­ly fed up of be­ing guilt tripped for that by peo­ple

that don’t have a prob­lem­at­ic re­la­tion­ship with their drugs

and don’t know what I’ve gone through.
