How about we put
4 in each room of an Ex­tend­ed Stay Ho­tel at $80/day/room with beds, run­ning wa­ter, show­ers, toi­lets, and air con­di­tion­ing, then take the re­main­ing $2720/day per room, pro­vide them with food about $200/day, health­care $100/day (if that).

That leaves
$2500/DAY PER ROOM OF FOUR! to pay for some­one to stand out­side each door for se­cu­ri­ty.
