sacramento’s largest tech event for the web happens 15–16 sept 2018

One of the things I love about the WordCamp community is meeting different people using WordPress in a variety of ways. There’s always something new to learn from your peers!”
—Cristina Robinson, UI/UX Designer at Three29 and blogger at TheLovelyGeek.com

If you’re involved in the web and not using WordPress, you’re missing out on a huge opportunity to leverage open source software features. WordPress is community-built and there’s no better chance to find out the latest locally. Mix and mingle, eat, greet and impress your clients in ways you haven’t thought of yet.”
—Steve Mehallo, founder of FLOMM!, website built with WordPress

WordCamp Sac is coming to the Sacramento Convention Center. Saturday, Sunday 15–16 September 2018. The ONLY WordCamp in Northern California.

Do you code? Do you blog? Do you design? WordCamp is for you: An inclusive educational environment for WordPress users of all skill levels to extend their knowledge on website hosting, development, design, blogging, and content creation. This year the event will also offer an expanded 2‑day beginner track that will start Saturday with focus on how to use WordPress and Sunday on what to do with a site once it’s live. Two mixed tracks of sessions will run Saturday and Sunday for users interested in intermediate and advanced topics.

With tickets at only $40 for general admission it is a total steal – and so far, tickets are selling fast. Snag your’s here.

WordCamp Sac is a volunteer-run conference centered around WordPress, the free and open-source software, powering approximately 30% of the internet and more than 75 million websites around the world, and this year we are embracing our community of WordCampers.

And there is a promise some FLOMMISTS may crash things. Cause that’s what FLOMMISTS do.
