That’s why we wrote a cur­ricu­lum with SACRA­MEN­TO po­ets to put in SACRA­MEN­TO schools and cre­at­ed a con­test for SACRA­MEN­TO youth and col­lect­ed po­ems from SACRA­MEN­TO po­ets to doc­u­ment SACRAMENTO’S lit­er­ary his­to­ry while hon­or­ing SACRA­MEN­TO po­ets that make it the po­et­ry cap­i­tal of Cal­i­for­nia:
