“Timeline:
“Before 03 May: Trump: ‘Comey, I demand that you give me a preview of you upcoming testimony about your investigation into my campaign/administration,’ Comey: ‘No.’
“03 May: Comey testifies, providing the first on the record acknowledgement of the very not fake investigation. Trump: ‘AG Sessions [previously recused from the Russian investigation], find me documented reasons to fire Comey.’
“09 May: Trump fires Comey, White House sources indicate that Trumps decision was finally arrived at because of the insubordination of refusing to preview his testimony.
“There are impeachable offenses in the above.” —Keith Lareau
After
we get Trump dead-to-rights on collusion,
the bros and turncoat Republicans will
try to frame it as their having no choice
because Hillary was a “bad candidate”
(who won the second largest number of votes in history)
and “unlikable.”
That second one is going to be key.
I guarantee you we will see
“yeah he was a traitor,
but Hillary was unlikable so I had no choice.”
