Yesterday’s press con­fer­ence was a coke rant in real time. And I have seen (more than) my share.

So

a CNN re­porter tweet­ed that a GOP sen­a­tor texted them dur­ing it that Trump should be telling all this to his ther­a­pist. (para­phrased)

But

let it not get lost in the Shuf­fle of Crazy

that Trump ac­tu­al­ly asked a black re­porter to set up a meet­ing be­tween him­self and the con­gres­sion­al black cau­cus.

Be­cause

all black peo­ple know each oth­er.

They all hud­dle to­geth­er be­hind locked doors in the ab­solute hell of the in­ner cities they all live in ap­par­ent­ly.

Frankly

I’m just im­pressed that Trump didn’t re­spond to the black re­porter by speak­ing in Air­plane-es­que jive.

You know

how much time I spend ex­plic­it­ly telling peo­ple that I am not racist?

Not a lot. Hard­ly any. Pos­si­bly none.

Won­der why that is.
