In­spired by the re­cent one-week-only ART HO­TEL in Sacra­men­to, this event is geared to cre­ate an ART des­ti­na­tion in STOCK­TON that will be atyp­i­cal to the area. 4.23 will be an evening par­ty where par­tic­i­pants can EX­PE­RI­ENCE and CRE­ATE ART us­ing a few sup­plied ma­te­ri­als.
