Long after I quit smoking cigarettes, I’d sometimes sneak a puff in my head …
Last night, I had a massive party in a new house. I couldn’t believe how many people came.
If you’re reading this, you were probably there. Y’all were rockin and spraypainting nice messages on my walls (a good thing for some reason) and talking to my dog who wittily conversed back (like he kinda does).
There were at least three bands in this sprawling new set up (that used to be a wing of a gradeschool). We danced like fools and had great time. Then I realized NO ONE was wearing masks and HALF OF THEM were not vaccinated and we’d all been up right close and I was freaked out that it had taken me forever to notice and that I was responsible for the carelessness, and then I woke up.
Well. Snuck one in anyway.
Nice to see everybody. That was great fun.
Celebration will be on the calendar – TBA.
