A mo­ment of ter­ror

af­ter space de­bris ap­peared in the sky Wednes­day night –
 

but the fear was not from this,
it was from the sud­den re­al­iza­tion that the gov­ern­ment could at any time have been be­hind a ploy to fool the Amer­i­can peo­ple into pur­su­ing an­oth­er war.

That’s all it takes now, with the ram­pant id­io­cy of di­vid­ed peo­ple –

one pre­empt­ed flash in the sky,

one pur­pose­ful­ly launched mis­sile for the peo­ple to see

just one mis­sile launched

                    and the gov­ern­ment could spin it in their favour or in any oth­er di­rec­tion they chose for some­thing so mas­sive­ly ter­ri­fy­ing as a Third World War.
 

I’m prob­a­bly over­re­act­ing.
