Aaron showed this to me (above) and said we should se­ri­ous­ly con­sid­er pur­chas­ing a generator.

I hate Elon Musk SO much. Flames, f‑f-flames, on the side of my face …

And not that we don’t all know this al­ready, but this just fur­ther proves he’s an idiot. 

He’s un­der­min­ing in­fra­struc­ture that puts mon­ey in his pock­et. If the PNW grid be­comes un­re­li­able nobody’s go­ing to buy his cars. And the PNW is one of the largest buy­ers of his cars be­cause we here in the PNW be­lieve in be­ing en­er­gy and en­vi­ron­ment friendly.

I feel like I’ve been so god­damn cheated. 

I was raised to “be smart and go to a good col­lege and get a good job” but then the mes­sage was, oh well if you think you’re smart or say you’re smart or be­have as if you’re smart, es­pe­cial­ly if you’re a woman, you’re bossy and stuck up and full of your­self and elit­ist and you look down on peo­ple.

So be “smart” but don’t act smart or be­lieve in your­self that you’re smart. 

(And as I write all this out I re­al­ize what was re­al­ly go­ing on was the cap­i­tal­ists just want­ed obe­di­ent work­ers who they’d give a lit­tle back in turn for them mak­ing a lot.)

I *am* smart and these id­iots are dri­ving me crazy. 

Even with­out any ex­pe­ri­ence at all I could do all of this a thou­sand times bet­ter than them. Even though Ka­mala Har­ris sucks, so could she. 

It’s re­al­ly hard be­ing a woman in this country.
