There’s a reason it’s largely only your temporarily broke twenty-something white male friends from middle class backgrounds that want to “burn it all down.”
They literally cannot imagine a world where their basic needs aren’t at least met since they always have been. They only really started minding the dread “status quo” when they themselves found they had trouble getting a foothold in it.
Thus,
they have a completely different zero bubble than your friends of color or your gay friends or often even your female friends who understand just how much worse things can get.
Hell,
there’s a thankfully unfriended red pill twirp that hangs around constantly bemoaning “SJWs” and talking about cratering the country to teach the DNC a lesson who I just found out lives off money from his mom and the dude is at least near 30.
Revolution is easy when you don’t have to live near the knife edge.
Note
also that this is *so* important that it is worth throwing countless people with less amplified voices to the wolves in hopes of … I guess people getting sick of it and then
‑bam-
liberal utopia?
But
it’s *not* important enough for them to be bothered to do any canvassing, organizing, running for office, or (in the case of the primaries) showing up to vote at all.
Total social upheaval
to them is something that will happen somewhere else to some*one* else that they will only have to experience as spectators as it plays out on TV.
A few days of viewing parties and
‑bam-
liberal utopia?
Duh.
