IN­TRO­DUC­TION TO THE UNI­TY GAME EN­GINE and WWISE AU­DIO SOFTWARE.
This is a quick overview to help game de­vel­op­ers au­dio pro­fes­sion­als un­der­stand how game en­gines work with au­dio files, event trig­gers, en­vi­ron­ment ef­fects and 3D Au­dio for the Ocu­lus Rift. Host­ed by Joy Hor­vath, Art In­sti­tute in­struc­tor and game developer.

VOICE AC­TORS FOR VIDEO GAMES.
Why you should work with ex­pe­ri­enced voice tal­ent and how to work with voice tal­ent to pull the best per­for­mance. Host­ed by video game voice tal­ents Ja­son Bortz and Jon Morss.

GAME AU­DIO PRO­FES­SION­AL PANEL.
Q&A ses­sion with in­dus­try game au­dio pro­fes­sion­al in­clud­ing Nicholas Von Kaenel from Elec­tron­ic Arts and oth­ers. Top­ics in­clude tips and tech­niques, soft­ware to know, in­dus­try trends and break­ing into the industry.

4pm – 6pm
GAME DEV SHOWCASE.
Meet game de­vel­op­ers and try their games. This is a won­der­ful in­dus­try net­work­ing opportunity.
