You know,
Thanks­giv­ing is al­ways like Christ­mas morn­ing to a dog;
all the de­li­cious aro­mas that hu­mans can de­tect are am­pli­fied many times over to one’s ca­nine companion(s).

May you
all en­joy the feast, but treat it like a con­trolled burn;
longer meal time, set­ting changes, and mul­ti­ple cours­es will help to keep from over­stuff­ing the crew.

No crab this year,
so I went for a tra­di­tion­al min­i­mal­ist menu;
turkey with stuff­ing, mashed pota­toes & gravy, yams, cran­ber­ry sauce, green bean casse­role, and a Marie Callender’s pump­kin pie.

I hope you have a won­der­ful feast;
don’t for­get that no one loves and un­der­stands thank­ful­ness bet­ter than a fur baby.
