All I wanted to do was capture the trees in how they grew,
how they must feel if they could feel,
and the way they stand still in the coldness.

What can I note at this point of life growing?

They’re there,
being,
but the wild so different from anything I know.

Still open in one moment to the attraction of other lives is to be is filled with more insight of how to be than any book could provide.

The knowledge is in the nature of things,
in which we’ve seemed to have lost our nature.
