The only dif­fer­ence be­tween pre-WWII Ger­many and the US now is that the Ger­man cit­i­zens turned a blind eye to what was go­ing on.

Here in the States you mon­sters will be root­ed out ex­posed and run over. It is al­ready hap­pen­ing. Lib­er­als want every­one to have the equal rights our an­ces­tors fought and died for, for peo­ple to be able to make choic­es for them­selves, we be­lieve in car­ing for oth­ers, even those we dis­agree with and we are slow to anger.

We’ve had enough. When you start killing Amer­i­cans in the name of hate, you’ve gone too far.
 

Dear­est Amer­i­ca,

Please, stop hurt­ing your­self with sense­less de­spair. This na­tion was no dif­fer­ent the day be­fore Char­lottesville than we were the weeks be­fore, the years be­fore, the decades be­fore, the cen­turies be­fore. We were and are, how­ev­er, now dif­fer­ent, the day af­ter. We now stand, as we do every day, fac­ing a path to to­mor­row.

The de­struc­tive can­cer that we’ve al­ways known was there, but de­nied, for hun­dreds of years is now on our faces, we see it in the mir­ror every day, we see it on each oth­er, we can no longer deny it’s ex­is­tence or it’s hor­ri­fy­ing dam­age. Our path is very clear, our des­ti­na­tion, as­sured. We will ul­ti­mate­ly end up at that des­ti­na­tion whether we want to or not.

So we now have a choice. We can hop on the train to get there, or we can walk. Strug­gling, drag­ging our feet, kick­ing and scream­ing the en­tire path to the fu­ture.

We will sweep your ha­tred and big­otry off the face of the plan­et. Then come spring, we will wash you away, leav­ing a beau­ti­ful ver­dant coun­try­side, and We The Peo­ple will go on like you nev­er ex­ist­ed.
