Sound then cuts out as of­fi­cers ap­par­ent­ly turn off their mi­cro­phones. But video con­tin­ues and the of­fi­cers can be seen speak­ing to each oth­er and to at least one civil­ian on scene for about two more min­utes be­fore the video ends.
