Of course we’ve known all along that we live side by side with self­ish peo­ple.

What makes this worse is when you see first hand that de­spite all of the sci­ence – and know­ing that up to 88% of COVID cas­es are POC – where do we draw the line?

If we don’t draw a line, White folks will con­tin­ue this non­sense about COVID be­ing a hoax and Black and Brown folks will con­tin­ue to pay the price w/losing their lives.

Same peo­ple who want to talk about herd im­mu­ni­ty don’t un­der­stand that the in­equal­i­ty to ac­cess qual­i­ty health­care makes that mod­el go side­ways real quick. It bare­ly works in coun­tries that have uni­ver­sal health­care!

With­out a vac­cine, this needs to start be­ing seen the same way we viewed those who know­ing­ly spread HIV – this is a crim­i­nal act bc even­tu­al­ly at some point we know that it will lead to death.

Not wear­ing a mask while en­gag­ing in risky be­hav­ior should be seen for what it is – mur­der.
