Psssst:
My generation was born in an era where parents aren’t on their kids to be hetero married at 16. And that’s okay.
It’s an era of honesty, and what a blessing that you don’t have to waste your time on someone not interested in your gender, family, future, intimacy, or just you.
Intimacy and commitment are things I see my friends have.
9 friends, not counting their partners or a relationship twice, come to mind that are presently in long term commitments, not accounting for single friends that had them.
And I have intimacy and commitment in my life, even if it looks nothing like yours or theirs.
Stop seeking it in bars and apps. It’s not there.
And stop blaming those of us you would have hated being stuck to anyway.
