Here’s your
morn­ing com­e­dy break – from the Wikipedia page on HBO’s Girls (2012–17):

“[Judd] Ap­a­tow said he was drawn to [Lena] Dun­ham’s imag­i­na­tion af­ter watch­ing her in­de­pen­dent fea­ture film Tiny Fur­ni­ture (2010), and added that Girls would pro­vide men with an in­sight into ‘re­al­is­tic fe­males.’”

Not only do I not trust Lena Dun­ham to pro­vide any­one with an in­sight into any­thing, let alone ‘re­al­is­tic fe­males,’ I also don’t trust Judd Ap­a­tow to de­cide what would.

And I’d
like to go on record and say I hat­ed Lena Dun­ham be­fore it was cool. She ba­si­cal­ly lacks self aware­ness about how hor­ri­ble she is.

When some­one is get­ting paid that much mon­ey – with­out self aware­ness – and in­stead is re­al­ly just pro­mot­ing her per­son­al brand of aw­ful, I don’t care if it’s Ivan­ka sell­ing her de­sign­er knock-off shoes, or Lena Dun­ham ac­ci­den­tal­ly mak­ing fun of priv­i­leged white girls.

She’s ba­si­cal­ly a huge piece of shit who sucks.

And I
don’t need to watch Girls to know that the ‘fe­males’ ex­ist in Girls ex­ist in real life and are just as bad if not worse than they are in Girls.
