So, just to be clear,

it was okay for all of our par­ents, grand­par­ents, great grand­par­ents

&c.

to im­mi­grate to the Unit­ed States – not to men­tion the ones who were brought here against their will –

but
now that all the in­fra­struc­ture has been built and there seems to be more peo­ple with melanin want­i­ng to get in on all this juicy ‘free­dom,’ we’re go­ing to start turn­ing peo­ple away?
 

We took this land at the tip of a sword be­cause our fore­fa­thers want­ed to “civ­i­lize the na­tive hea­thens” that were here be­fore us.

We are look­ing pret­ty fuck­ing civ­i­lized right now, aren’t we?

Pret­ty sure that in the up­com­ing months, we will start los­ing more and more of our ‘in­alien­able rights’ –

free­dom of speech,
     the right to as­sem­ble,
               the right to speak out against the pow­ers that be,
                              the right to re­port on in­for­ma­tion,
                                                            more re­gard­ing re­pro­duc­tive rights,

&c.

Also,
our na­tion­al parks aren’t a fuck­ing bar­gain­ing chip,

the nat­ur­al re­sources be­long to US,

not the en­er­gy com­pa­nies who have plans to ex­ploit them.
 

Fuck all of this noise.

Just be­cause you’re not cur­rent­ly be­ing mar­gin­al­ized, it doesn’t mean you won’t be soon.

Sor­ry, not sor­ry.
