I’m com­fort­ing my­self with thoughts of you. I know, and you know, so so so many strong, wor­thy, thought­ful, com­pas­sion­ate, flex­i­ble, ca­pa­ble, awake, em­pa­thet­ic, in­ge­nious and pow­er­ful peo­ple.

I’m go­ing to wel­come this test of all I be­lieve in.

I’m go­ing to stand up for all I be­lieve in, my own well-be­ing in­clud­ed.

But my per­son­al strength comes from you, as it al­ways has: friends, fam­i­ly, men­tors, col­leagues, stu­dents, and mirac­u­lous, beau­ti­ful strangers.
